    What if a genie popped into your life right now and offered you the one thing that would make you grin from ear to ear for a month? What would that wish be? (Hint: It can be anything you can imagine.) Imagine what it would be like to have that wish granted. Live it in your mind from beginning to end. What would you do? What would it be like? How would you feel?

  • Count Your Blessings

    Think about all the things in your life that you have to be grateful for. Regardless of your health or status, everyone has things to be thankful for. Be thankful for the little things. The ability to take a deep breath. The sound of a song you like. The smell of a flower. The love of someone you care for. You don’t have to thank anyone personally - not even an entity. Your gratitude is for you and you alone. It is the best gift that You can give to Yourself. And You deserve it!

  • Picture A Loved One

    Picture the face of someone you love very much smiling. Try and get every detail you can clear in your mind. What’s the shape of their mouth? How do their eyes crinkle? Now, picture them laughing.

  • Think Funny

    What was the funniest thing you ever saw or heard? Picture the scene in your mind, step by step. Let yourself laugh out loud.

  • Look For Beauty

    Look for, feel, listen to, or smell something in your immediate vicinity that is beautiful. A bubble in the dish water. A sparkle on water. The softness of a pillowcase. The scent of a candle. The sound of someone you love breathing. Experience every facet of its beauty.

  • Sing A Song

    What’s your favorite song? Sing or hum it out loud. If you’re in bed, rehearse the words and melody from beginning to end in your mind.

  • Go Anywhere

    Imagine if you could go anywhere in the Universe that you desired. Picture it vividly and do not be limited by “reality”. (I like the moon.) What would it be like to go there? What sounds would you hear? What sights would you see? How would you feel?

  • Relive Your Best Day

    Think about the best thing that’s ever happened to you. Relive it as though it is happening again right now. Picture every detail you can remember.
