What This Is

This site is a dissemination point for the Joy Immersion Project. If you have not done so already, please visit the JIP Explanation page to learn about the project itself.

The blog portion of this site is a commitment and a challenge.

For its first year, the blog will follow my journey with the Joy Immersion Project. I have long been convinced that this program is good for everyone in every situation and now it’s my turn to prove it will (again) help me.

The blog is also a a challenge to anyone with the courage to improve their own life. I invite you to follow along with me in my quest to soak up all the joy life has to offer. This blog will serve as a forum (through comments) to express ideas, kindness, and support. It is a place to love yourself, and a place to show your love for others. It is a place to tell stories that lift spirits and heal wounds. It’s a place to believe in yourself. It’s also a place to express and practice love, optimism, intention, and positive thinking. There is incredible power there, and I intend to prove it to anyone willing to try.

I believe with my whole heart that the program I am offering here will help literally anyone feel better. Everyone from healthy, happy people to depressed, chronically - even terminally - ill people can benefit from Joy. There are no limits except those that we place upon ourselves. The blog is meant to be a road map to help others find their way. Believe me when I say that if I can do this, you can too. I hope you’ll visit the challenge page and come along with me.
